Includes full general cleaning, vacuuming and mopping of all floors, kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning, mirrors and internal glass.
Carpets are vacuumed only.
Appliances such as the oven, fridge or microwave receive a basic wipe only — no deep degreasing or internal detailing.
This package is designed for properties that are already relatively clean and do not require intensive appliance or steam treatments.
Best for:
Lightly used flats, short tenancies, low-soiling properties.
2. Standard Package – Balanced & Thorough
Our most popular choice, offering a clear step up in detail while remaining cost-effective.
Includes everything from the Basic Package, plus light appliance degreasing.
The oven and fridge are cleaned more thoroughly, carpets receive a refresh, and the microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are included as standard.
Bathroom grout is steam-treated, and spot stain treatment is attempted where possible.
This package provides visible improvement across the entire property without full deep-clean intensity.
Best for:
Average family homes, standard tenancy ends, landlords seeking reliable results.
3. Premium Package – Deep Reset
Designed for larger homes and properties that require a full deep clean before new occupancy.
Includes full deep oven cleaning (one oven), deep fridge/freezer cleaning, full carpet washing & rinsing &
steam sanitise, detailed appliance cleaning, wall and ceiling dusting, and cleaning of blinds and rails.
Bathrooms receive full descaling and steam treatment, and deeper spot stain removal is included.
This package delivers a true “reset” of the property rather than surface-level cleanliness.

4. Eco-Friendly Package – Deep Clean with Eco Products

This service is a surface-level refresh and not a professional hot water extraction or industrial carpet cleaning service. Steam treatment is used as a complementary step to help loosen surface residues and reduce odours before washing. Carpets may remain slightly damp after cleaning and will require natural drying time.
(*2) – Appliance cleaning focuses on hygiene and visible cleanliness.
Permanent wear, staining, discolouration or damage caused by age or use may not be fully removable.
(*3) – Spot stain treatment is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee full stain removal.
(*4) – Heavy limescale, mould or permanent discolouration may not be fully removable during standard cleaning.

Additional Charges & Special Pricing Conditions
Every property is different. To ensure fair, transparent pricing and consistently high standards, the following additional charges and pricing conditions may apply in certain situations.
Large Properties & Prestige Homes (Per m² Pricing)
For very large homes, villas, mansions or properties with unusually large rooms, pricing may be calculated per square metre rather than per bedroom.
Per m² pricing applies when:
- The total property size exceeds approximately 220–250 m²
- Bedrooms or living areas are significantly larger than standard UK sizes
- The property features large open-plan layouts, galleries or mezzanine levels
- The property is a luxury villa, mansion or prestige estate
- Architectural design increases cleaning time and detailing requirements
Per m² Price Guide:
- Basic Package: £3.20 – £3.80 per m²
- Standard Package: £3.80 – £4.40 per m²
- Premium Package: £4.50 – £5.20 per m²
- Eco-Friendly Package: £5.00 – £5.80 per m²
- Luxury Package: £7.00 – £8.00 per m²
Minimum charge applies for per m² pricing, depending on package level.
Properties with More Than 5 Bedrooms
For large family homes and multi-bedroom properties, additional pricing applies beyond standard package limits.
- 5+ bedroom properties are priced individually based on size, layout and condition
- Additional bedrooms are priced excluding ensuite bathrooms. Ensuite bathrooms are charged separately.
Additional Bedroom Charge:
➕ £75 – £130 per bedroom (depending on package and room size)
High Ceilings & Architectural Features
Properties with features that require additional time, equipment or specialist access may incur an extra charge.
This includes:
- Ceilings higher than 2.7 metres
- Staircases, multi-level halls and landings
- Balustrades, railings and gallery areas
- Decorative architectural details
➕ Additional charge: £40 – £80 per level or section
Heavy Soiling or Neglected Condition
If the property requires significantly more work due to its condition, an additional charge may apply.
This includes:
- Long-term neglect or extended vacancy
- Heavy limescale, grease or mineral build-up
- Strong odours or pet-related contamination
- Excessive dirt beyond standard End of Tenancy levels
➕ Additional charge: £60 – £150 (subject to assessment)
Oversized Rooms & Non-Standard Layouts
Rooms that are substantially larger than typical UK standards may be charged separately.
This applies to:
- Master bedrooms of exceptional size
- Large lounges, reception rooms or halls
- Open-plan spaces combining multiple functions
➕ Charged either as an additional room or by square metre, depending on layout
Access, Time & Safety Considerations
Additional charges may apply when:
- Access to certain areas is restricted or unsafe
- Furniture or heavy items significantly limit access
- Specialist equipment is required for safe cleaning
Any such charges will always be communicated in advance.
