Flexible hourly cleaning is available for clients who prefer a tailored approach instead of fixed packages.
This option is ideal if you would like us to focus on priority areas, adjust the level of detail, or customise the work based on your property, business needs or specific situation.
The final hourly rate within this range depends on:
• Level of detail required
• Overall condition of the property
• Type of surfaces and materials
• Time, precision and intensity of the work
How the hourly range works:
£35/hour – lighter deep cleaning, well-maintained spaces, lower build-up and standard product use
£36–£38/hour – standard deep cleaning with detailed work, which may include the use of specialist cleaning products and partial eco-friendly solutions (for example, eco cleaning in selected areas such as kitchens, bathrooms or other priority spaces)
£39–£40/hour – heavy detail cleaning, build-up removal, high-precision work and specialist surface care. This may include full eco-friendly product use if requested, as well as professional polishing treatments for materials such as stainless steel, stone, marble, wood or other delicate finishes
Professional equipment and specialist cleaning products are included within the service.
Eco-friendly products can be used either in selected areas or throughout the entire property, depending on your preferences and requirements.
